What this policy covers
This policy explains how Kirkland Concrete Company handles the information you share with us through this website. We're a concrete contractor in Kirkland, WA, and most of what we collect is what you send us when you ask for an estimate on a driveway, patio, slab or other job.
It covers every page on the site, from the home page to our About page and Contact page. It doesn't cover other websites you reach through a link here, because those sites have their own policies.
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, we collect what you type in. That's usually your name, phone number, email, the address or area of the job, and a description of the work. Our form runs on an outside form service, so your answers pass through that service before they reach us.
If you call us at (425) 285-8643 or email us, we keep what you tell us so we can follow up and set up an estimate. You don't have to give us anything to browse the site.
Analytics and cookies
Like most websites, this one may use cookies and basic analytics tools. A cookie is a small file your browser stores so a site can remember your visit. These tools can record general details such as which pages you viewed, how long you stayed, what kind of device and browser you used, and roughly where you were connecting from.
We look at this information as a whole to see which pages people find useful and where the site needs work. We don't use it to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your questions, schedule a visit, prepare an estimate and do the work if you hire us. We may also contact you about a job you've asked about or one we're working on for you.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent or trade it to anyone for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only when it helps us do your job or run the business. That includes the services that host this website, run our contact form and provide our analytics, which handle data on our behalf.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details and job notes for as long as we need them to answer you, finish your work and keep ordinary business records, such as for warranty questions or taxes. When we no longer need them, we delete them or keep only what the law asks us to keep.
Analytics data is kept by the analytics provider under its own settings and is used only in general, combined form.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.
To make a request, reach out through our Contact page or call us. We may need to confirm who you are before we change or delete anything, so your information stays safe.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, and we limit access to the people who need it to do your job. No website or email system is completely secure, though, so please don't send payment card numbers or passwords through the contact form.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning work on a home or property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The current version is always the one posted on this page, so check back if you want to see what's changed.
